Service Timeline:
Our team typically arrives 1–2 hours prior to the scheduled serving time for setup.
Serving time is up to 2 hours, followed by approximately 1 hour for cleanup and breakdown after service concludes.
Service Notes:
A final guaranteed guest count is required no later than 7 days prior to the event. This number will be used for billing and food preparation.
Custom requests, extended service, or menu changes may incur additional fees.
