Extended Area: We proudly serve Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Philadelphia Counties
Events outside our 15-minute local zone may incur a travel fee based on mileage and time

Booking & Delivery Terms

Payment Policy

• Secure Your Date: A 60% deposit via QuickBooks invoice is required to reserve your date.

• Final Balance: Remaining 40% is due via ACH, Cash, or Check no later than the day before your event.

• Credit Card payments are subject to a 3%–3.5% convenience fee.

Arrival & Setup

• Timing: We provide a 30-45 minute delivery window prior to your requested service time.

• Supplies: All orders include serving tongs and spoons. We do not provide tables, plates, utensils, or heating elements unless specifically ordered as a "Warming Kit" in advance.
