Yibran Rodriguez

Born and raised in Southern California, I have always been influenced by my Latin culture, and cooking with my mother as a kid truly drove my culinary passion. As a young man, I was able to graduate Culinary school and then work on my skills across a variety of culinary positions. I look forward to combining my passion for crafting dishes inspired by my mother’s recipes with the skills I gained within my culinary roles to create an enjoyable experience for others with my food truck!
